How do I place an order?

How far in advance do I need to place an order?
Local orders under 50 cookies should be placed no less than 7 days prior to the date you need them.
Out-of-town orders under 50 cookies should be placed no less than 2 weeks out.
Orders for more than 50 cookies, please contact us to discuss how early the order should be placed.
What type of payment do you accept?
Cash, Check, or Credit Card (via Google Checkout or Paypal).
Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order is 12 cookies.
Where do you ship from?
All shipping is from Orlando, Florida, 32814.
To what locations do you offer shipping?
We currently only offer shipping within the United States.
Please provide a valid and accurate U.S. shipping address when placing your order. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
When and how will you ship my order?
We ship via USPS or UPS, using the method you choose upon checkout.
Orders totaling $100.00+ may require a signature for delivery.
Though rare, transit delays can occur. We are not responsible for late deliveries caused by conditions beyond our control, and ask that you account for possible shipper delays when planning your delivery date.
What is the shelf life of your cookies?
For freshest taste, our cookies should be eaten within two weeks of their ship date. As with any baked good, the fresher they are when eaten, the better they will taste.
What are the ingredients of your cookies?
Cookie Ingredients: Sugar, flour, butter, eggs, egg products, salt, cornstarch, corn syrup, Madagascar vanilla, and USFDA approved colors. Our cookies are NOT certified Kosher, and individuals with food allergies should NOT consume them.
Can I order a sample cookie?
We do offer samples of our cookie favors for a charge of $10 per sample. Purchase of a sample does not guarantee availability of a full order for your event date.
What is your Cancellation and Returns Policy?
Due to the nature of our product, order cancellations are not possible after work has begun on your order, and all sales are final -- NO RETURNS.
What if my order is damaged or lost during shipping?
If cookie favors are damaged beyond use during shipping, a refund will be given only for that part of the order that is damaged. All claims must be made in writing within 48 hours of shipment arrival.
For all items, proof of breakage, either by return or photograph, will be required before an adjustment is made. Please inspect your order upon arrival and notify us immediately of any problems. Retain all packaging and contents until the issue has been resolved with the shipper.
Adjustments or refunds for lost orders will be made only after the issue is resolved with the shipper. Please provide a valid and accurate shipping address when placing your order.
